The process

How it works.

    Refer a company

    Recommend VELORIN to a company that is interested in our services.

  2. 02

    Contract signed

    Your referral only counts once the referred new client signs a contract for our PRO or ELITE package. An inquiry or a non-binding call is not enough.

  3. 03

    Get your discount

    As soon as the contract is signed and the new client's first invoice is paid, your referral is confirmed and the corresponding discount is unlocked.

PRO and ELITE only

Who can take part

The referral program applies only if both the referring existing client and the referred new client have booked a PRO or ELITE package.

The STARTER package is fully excluded. STARTER clients can neither take part in the referral program nor receive referral discounts.

Two-month deadline

Two months to sign

From the moment the referral is registered with VELORIN, the referred client has a maximum of two months to sign the PRO or ELITE contract and pay their first invoice.

If this deadline is missed, the referral expires. After the two months, the referral status is reset. Unsuccessful referrals are not carried over.

Further rules

  • The referred client must be a new client.
  • The referral must be reported to VELORIN before the contract is signed.
  • The discount is only unlocked after the contract is signed and the first invoice is paid.
  • Only one referral bonus is granted per referral.
  • VELORIN may exclude abusive or manipulated referrals.
